Camp listings may link to external websites. PodiumCamps is not responsible for external content, transactions, policies, or outcomes that occur on third-party sites.
Content Accuracy
Camp details are provided by third parties and may not always be complete, accurate, or current. Always verify critical details directly with the camp provider before registering.
Acceptable Use
- • No scraping, bulk extraction, or misuse of data.
- • No fraudulent activity or deceptive behavior.
- • No impersonation of camps, staff, or other users.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PodiumCamps is not liable for damages or losses resulting from camp participation, third-party actions, or use of external links.
Camp Director Listing Terms
Listing Agreement
- • Directors are responsible for listing accuracy.
- • Directors confirm authority to represent the camp.
Content Responsibility
Directors are responsible for camp descriptions, images, pricing, dates, and safety-related information.
Indemnification
Camp directors agree to hold PodiumCamps harmless from claims arising from camp operations, injuries or incidents at camps, and misrepresentation of camp details.
Updates and Maintenance
Directors must keep listings up to date.
Claiming Camps
Claiming a camp confirms affiliation or ownership. Misrepresentation may result in listing removal or account restrictions.
