Utah Gymnastics will be holding two summer camps and we would love to have you join us! Camp is held on the University of Utah campus in the newly renovated, world class Dumke Gymnastics Training Center! This three-day camp will be packed with tools to improve and enhance your basic skills in a safe and fun learning environment. Training will include working skills on all four events in addition to learning skills to develop the overall athlete including strength training, dance, and mental skills training. Gymnasts will have the opportunity to be coached by the Utah gymnastics staff, Utah gymnasts, and top club coaches. Due to the level of skill instruction and duration of camp, these camps are highly recommended for gymnasts who have competed at least one year of level 4, Xcel Silver, or higher.
