Overview
The aims of the Mike Trader’s Mid-America Basketball School will be to teach and develop individual skills and to have fun. The daily schedule will include league games and contests. Players will be divided into separate leagues according to age. Fundamentals will be stressed. Individual drills and training techniques to develop strength, endurance, quickness and jumping ability will be taught.
