ESU camp is designed to incorporate all phases of wrestling, the Technical, the Tactical, Strength/Endurance & Mental. All campers will receive elite level teaching with basic and fundamental skills, we will have lectures and video sessions that will fit all our wrestlers from beginners and the intense elite wrestlers. Our goal is teaching our campers to work hard, learn and have fun!
