Welcome to the ESU Women's Lacrosse Camp. Come learn from one of the top Division II programs in the country. Led by Head Coach Xeni Barakos- Yoder and her staff, each camp is designed to help you improve your lacrosse skills while being on the beautiful campus of East Stroudsburg University. Whether you're a beginner, an elite lacrosse player or a goalie, our camps are designed to assist you in effectively reaching your lacrosse goals and developing you as a student athlete. Our camps stress fun, competition, individual and team development. ESU Lacrosse Camps are open to all individuals regardless of skill level and only restricted with age.
